Okay let's start.

The first thing I see when viewing this pic the the colorful tongue. You wanted it to look funny and you succeeded in doing so.
She looks like she want to jump at you and cuddle with you.
I like the design of the mechanical leg, it's well proportioned, not to small, not too big.
Only the metal surface is not so good. Maybe it will look better if it reflects the light more?
All in all you did pretty good on the body. (That includes shading and lighting)
The end(s) of the wings look kinda like wings, that makes them my personal favourite.
